We are located in Fernie, British Columbia (BC), in the South East corner of the Canadian Rockies or sometimes called the East Kootenays, we are close to the Alberta border. How much do your wood doors cost?
Exterior Doors: A single, finished, pre-hung exterior wood door can cost as little as 3000 dollars. Typically, an exterior wood door costs approximately 4000 dollars. Simple, clear glass transoms cost approximately 1000 dollars, and simple, clear glass sidelights cost approximately 1000 dollars per side.
Interior Doors: Simple, finished, interior wood doors, supplied with knock down jambs, architectural grade hinges, drilled for standard tubular hardware start around 650 dollars per single wood door for an order of 10 or more doors.

Where do you deliver or ship to?
We are comfortable shipping all of our products - wood doors, millwork, trim and cabinetry all over the world. Builders in Alberta, British Columbia, parts of the U.S. and as far as Japan have enjoyed our products. We also have a strong customer base in Fernie and the surrounding area, Canmore, Calgary, Invermere, Cranbrook, Lethbridge, so please contact us for more information.
What wood can I choose from?
We can use any wood that you would like. We generally use indigenous material such as Douglas Fir (Mixed Grain, Vertical Grain or Face Grain), Pine, Alder (Knotty or Superior), Oak (White, Red, or Quarter Sawn), Cherry. However we can import specialty woods such as Walnut, Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba), Walnut or Sapele (Mahogany). We generally have a supply of Reclaimed wood that can be used as well. Any type of wood you would like us to source for your custom doors.
Can I use wood I have already?
Yes, we would be happy to use your material. Often we use reclaimed wood supplied by our customers. It is important to note when supplying your own wood, that the wood must be dry and of a quality that is necessary to produce a quality product.
How long does it take to build a wood door?
Depending on the door, the detail, type of wood, as well as the time of the year; a door generally takes 8 weeks to build. This time does not include the time to design the door or finalize any details.
Can you design my wood door/kitchen/cabinetry for me?
Yes, however the more detail that you can provide for us will make this process easier and swifter.
Do you install the doors?
No. We deliver the doors to your site and they are ready to be installed by your builder.
Do you install kitchens?
Yes. We install cabinetry that we build, however it can be installed by others if that is what works best for you.
What comes with my door?
All exterior doors, unless specified otherwise, come pre-hung with architectural grade hinges and a weather-sealed jamb.
Can I get my door unfinished?
Yes, we provide quite a few of our unfinished doors to builders and homeowners. We can provide you with whatever you need if it is built with wood.
How long will my door last?
Forever. If your door is cared for properly, your door should last a lifetime or more. Many solid wood doors last for centuries.
